```Duties```
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
- Support the HR team in implementing succession planning initiatives
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and ensure timely processing
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Assist with HR projects such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and change management efforts
- Utilize HR software systems to manage employee data and generate reports
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR software systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
