We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our growing team at Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers. What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR strategy and initiatives to support company goals
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
• Develop programs that enhance company culture and DEI efforts
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and development
• What We’re Looking For:
• Proven HR leadership experience (5+ years in a senior HR role)
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
• Ability to build and implement impactful HR programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in behavioral health is a plus!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the behavioral health sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability in talent management and employee development.
• Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration.

You must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain Act 33 clearances, Criminal History and FBI Act 73 clearances. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to pass Safe Crisis Management is also required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
