Position: Director of Human Resources

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Edenbrook of Fond Du Lac, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including employee orientation, benefits administration, and program management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong data analysis skills and the ability to implement process improvements that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing employee satisfaction.
• Lead strategic planning efforts related to workforce development and talent acquisition.
• Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making processes.
• Implement budgeting practices within the HR department to optimize resource allocation.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within HR functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements affecting human resources.

Skills

• Atleast 5 years of Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning is preferred.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in benefits administration and employee orientation processes.
• Excellent data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics and making informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SAP and Workday systems for effective HR operations.
• Budgeting expertise to manage departmental finances effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to enhance HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
