The Opportunity:
Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
We're searching for a Director of Human Resources who is ready to build, lead, and elevate all things People at Redstone.
In this role, you'll be the strategic head of HR — guiding our HR team, partnering closely with leaders across the business, and building the systems, programs, and processes that fuel performance, belonging, and development across our 650+ team members nationwide.
You'll champion a people-first culture, strengthen the employee experience, drive talent and performance strategies, and ensure we scale smartly and sustainably.
