Position Overview

The Human Resource Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, retirement plans, employee relations, staff training, compliance, and talent development. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and play a vital role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

✔ Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a trusted member and advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Promote a people-first culture that reflects our core values

✔ Compensation, Benefits & Retirement

  • Develop and manage equitable compensation structures
  • Oversee employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and wellness programs
  • Administer retirement plan and ensure employee education around benefits

✔ Training & Development

  • Design and implement staff development training programs
  • Lead onboarding and performance management processes
  • Foster a learning environment that supports employee growth and retention

✔ HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles; preferred
  • Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and training program development
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
