GENERAL SUMMARY:
Vyne is a $100M+ ARR healthcare technology company serving the dental and acute/medical markets with solutions that simplify communication, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
The Director of Marketing plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Dental division. This role translates business objectives into integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand presence, and improve customer lifecycle performance. The Director blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing functions including demand generation, product marketing, brand execution, and lifecycle initiatives.

Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans, campaigns, and deliverables that support revenue and product priorities.
Develop annual and quarterly marketing goals, budgets, and tactical plans aligned with broader business objectives. -
Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to guide positioning, messaging, and program development.

Support the evolution of Vyne Dental’s brand and market narrative across product lines.

Ensure clear, differentiated messaging across digital channels, product marketing assets, and sales enablement materials.

Partner with Product to define value propositions and launch new products or enhancements effectively.

Lead multichannel demand generation programs—including paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, and content syndication—to build predictable, high-quality pipeline.

Establish a data-driven performance framework to measure results, improve conversion rates, and optimize ROI across channels.

Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to enhance funnel efficiency, attribution accuracy, and forecasting.

Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs that improve onboarding, engagement, upsell, renewal, and advocacy.

Partner with Customer Success and Product to deliver customer communications, feedback loops, and NPS initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members across key functions.

Implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows that improve execution speed and team alignment.

Manage budgets, vendors, timelines, and resources to ensure effective delivery of marketing programs.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.

Proven success in marketing to healthcare audiences, with a strong preference for experience in dental and/or acute care segments.

Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and performance marketing principles.

Strong command of data, analytics, and attribution modeling—able to make decisions grounded in metrics and experimentation.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale multi-functional teams across brand, growth, and lifecycle.

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.

Experience in fast-scaling environments and driving change through cross-functional influence.

Prior experience at a company with $100M+ in ARR and multiple product lines.

Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Pardot, Chili Piper, Outreach & other GTM tools.
