A Day in the Life:

As the Director of National Account Execution at Monster Energy, you're at the helm of driving electrifying growth across our dynamic territories! You'll lead and inspire our National Account Execution Managers to push boundaries and elevate our brand's presence. By collaborating with our powerhouse internal teams, bottlers, and key stakeholders, you'll ensure execution excellence that's in sync with our strategic business objectives. It's all about unleashing the energy to fuel business growth and keep Monster Energy at the forefront of the industry

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace
  • Leverage understanding of key business drivers such as customers, consumers, competitors, and MEC to get results
  • Leverage understanding of key business drivers such as customers, consumers, competitors, and MEC to get results
  • Manage account communication regarding promotional activity and execution opportunities
  • Maintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer issues, partners with other departments to meet customer needs
  • Understand and anticipate how business plans and actions will impact both MEC and the customer financially
  • Act to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement, i.e., finding solutions for unique market demands
  • Make sound trade-offs of time, effort and resources to effectively manage multiple demands
  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutions
  • Understand the long-term business and financial implications of decisions made

Who You Are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
  • - Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in retail sales
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory report

Monster Energy provides a competitive total Compensation. This Position has a range of $99,000 - $150,000 The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
