We’re a fast-growing 3PL specializing in furniture logistics, retail delivery, and customer fulfillment. Our team partners with leading furniture brands to deliver best-in-class logistics performance - from warehouse to customer home.

We’re expanding fast and looking for a Director of Operations who can bring energy, innovation, and leadership to our multi-site operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving systems, and driving operational excellence across multiple accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and scale operations across multiple high-volume furniture retail accounts.
• Lead regional and site managers to ensure top-tier service and client satisfaction.
• Leverage tools like DispatchTrack and WMS platforms to streamline performance, routing, and delivery execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer experience.
• Serve as the key operational contact for client relationships and contract performance.
• Travel 50-75% to visit warehouses, retail clients, and regional teams.
  
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years of leadership experience in 3PL operations, logistics, or retail distribution.
• Deep familiarity with DispatchTrack and modern warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven success managing multi-site logistics and client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team development skills - you know how to motivate and align people around goals.
• Hands-on, data-driven approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.
