Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface processing, and chemical engineering projects.

Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the African region, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.

Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects â from business opportunity identification to project delivery and payment collection.

Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security units to ensure safe and timely project completion.

Conduct regular project progress reporting and promptly resolve issues encountered during execution.

Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to foster and sustain long-term cooperative relationships.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelorâs degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Natural Gas Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience: At least 8 years of international marketing experience with proven team management background. Familiar with global market dynamics, channel development, and international product pricing; extensive experience in both online and offline international business development within the oil and gas industry.

Language Skills: Proficient in English and Arabic, or French, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Market Insight: Sharp market awareness and strong judgment of channel marketing trends; familiar with various online international marketing and promotion strategies.

Business Development Skills: Strong business execution capability; able to develop and implement effective sales plans, policies, and strategies.
