This position is ideal for a leader who thrives on strategy, mentorship, and measurable results — all while helping customers bring their brands to life on YESCO billboards.

What you can expect from YESCO:

  • Starting salary: $115,000 yearly + Commission

A Day in the Life:

As the Director of Sales, you’ll develop and execute the sales strategy for YESCO Outdoor Media’s billboard network. You’ll lead a team of Account Executives across multiple markets, helping them achieve sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your work will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, marketing directors, and business owners.

  • Developing pricing, packaging, and inventory strategies that maximize revenue.

  • Coaching sales teams on prospecting, client engagement, and proposal development.

  • Collaborating with Operations, Administration, and Marketing to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to drive strategic growth.

  • Representing YESCO at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Proven sales leadership experience

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales teams

  • High degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of advertising/marketing principles

  • Deep understanding of advertising principles, media buying, and client relationship management

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, pipelines, and data-driven decision-making

  • Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • A valid driver’s license, the ability to travel as needed, and a good driving record (MVR required)

Training & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in media, advertising, or related industries)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required

  • Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree preferred

  • Demonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and revenue growth goals

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, cloud-based programs, the Google Suite, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making

  • Comfortable working in both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution environments

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
