Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Sales Leader to drive transformative growth within a high-impact, fast-scaling tech environment. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development while modeling a high-standard, hands-on approach to sales.
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Account Executives, building a high-performance, mission-driven sales organization.
  • Design and implement strategic plans that scale revenue and expand market presence.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Create memorable, personalized customer experiences that build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, and reporting structures to guide company-wide growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align goals and inform go-to-market efforts.

  • Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, developing, and inspiring sales teams.
