Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales and Client Services to lead our sales initiatives and foster exceptional client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies focused on outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) markets, and technology solutions to achieve organizational growth targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals and client service managers, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and expand key client relationships through proactive account management, personalized engagement, and strategic negotiations to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leveraging marketing insights to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting technical sales presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
  • Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, forecast trends, and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and brand positioning in competitive markets.
  • Implement CRM tools such as Salesforce to streamline sales processes, track customer interactions, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
  • Provide leadership during product launches or technology updates by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into client solutions.

Experience

  • Proven track record in outside sales with extensive experience in B2B sales environments within technology or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or client services departments with a focus on coaching, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong background in business development—identifying growth opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Expertise in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships through personalized service and value-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives along with proficiency in analysis skills for tracking performance metrics.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and automating sales workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service mindset aimed at delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Knowledge of technology sales processes including technical presentations and solution customization based on client needs.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
