Position Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Director will lead Amlak Holding’s sales, marketing, and branding functions across its diverse asset portfolio, including residential properties, retail and commercial venues, and sports and events facilities within Education City and other locations. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, tenant engagement, and the overall market visibility of Amlak Holding as the commercial arm of Qatar Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and event bookings across Amlak’s portfolio (residential, retail, sports, and event spaces).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for key leases, events, and sponsorship contracts to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Establish pricing and promotion strategies in coordination with the COO and Finance team.

2. Marketing, Branding & Communications

  • Oversee Amlak’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with Qatar Foundation’s overarching brand.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—digital, PR, and experiential—to promote Amlak’s assets and offerings.
  • Drive the creation of marketing materials, digital content, and advertising strategies that enhance visibility and positioning.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, media partners, and design consultants.

3. Events & Sports Venue Management

  • Develop a commercial strategy for sports and event venues such as The Dome and other Education City facilities.
  • Oversee event sales, scheduling, and client relationship management to optimize utilization and profitability.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to attract high-quality events and sporting activities that align with Amlak’s brand values.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with operations and facility management teams for event delivery.

4. Residential & Leasing Portfolio

  • Lead leasing strategies and campaigns for residential properties, ensuring competitive positioning and tenant satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Property Management to align leasing initiatives with service quality and operational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to inform data-driven decisions.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clear KPIs, training, and development plans.
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused culture within the department.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other business units to ensure consistent communication and aligned objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within real estate, events, hospitality, or sports management sectors.
  • Proven experience managing branding initiatives, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies across mixed-use developments or institutional portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR17,500.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
