Director Operation & Marketing (FEMALE)

Develop, implement & monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.

Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.

Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Providing administrative support, Travel & Meetings.

Developing and implementing marketing strategies, leading the marketing team, and overseeing campaign execution.

Education, Skills & Experience-

A degree or equivalent & relevant professional qualifications with experience.

Professional, Adorable, glow & mature personality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Extensive operations management experience.

Excellent inter-personal, organisational leadership & negotiating skills.

Excellent time management & decision making skills.

Proficiency in software (Word, Excel).

Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm (24/7 Standby).

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
