This opportunity is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the residential market and valuation methodologies across a range of asset types. The successful candidate will be independent, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Location: Central London (with flexible and hybrid working options). Some travel within London will be required for inspections and client meetings.

Key Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified with a minimum of 6+ years' post-qualification experience
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Strong experience in valuing residential assets using comparison, residual, and investment capitalisation approaches
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial modelling

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and reviewing their work
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
