Role Summary And Impact
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven
Retail Media & Commerce Director
to lead and optimize our clients’ online sales initiatives and retail media presence. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping comprehensive strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and maximize performance across diverse digital and retail channels. You will be a key leader, guiding clients through complexities and emerging opportunities within the retail media landscape.
Skills And Experience

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive retail media and e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence, drive sales, and optimize customer experience across all digital channels.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with executive-level clients, internal teams (marketing, sales, IT, finance), retailers, and third-party vendors.

Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end planning, buying, execution, and measurement of retail media campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon Ads, Mimeda, Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Gowit, and other in-store and offsite retail media ecosystems.

Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable, data-driven insights to clients.

Platform Expertise: Oversee the strategic management and optimization of e-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly, engaging, and high-converting customer journey.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of retail media professionals, fostering expertise, promoting best practices, and ensuring continuous growth.

Innovation & Market Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI integration for personalized shopping), and best practices in retail media and e-commerce to continuously evolve our offerings.

Budget & Financial Management: Manage budgets for e-commerce operations and retail media initiatives, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing return on investment.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, sales, partnership, and product management, to ensure integrated strategies and flawless execution.
Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in retail media, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant sales growth and achieving business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.

Deep expertise in retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Mimeda, Gowit, Usersdot) and major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advanced data analysis techniques.
-
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

Familiarity with AI integration for personalized shopping experiences and process automation is a plus.

Experience with campaign trafficking, tagging, billing, and reporting systems.

Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
