The Technology & Innovation sales director is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of sellers promoting and selling Infor innovation solutions into existing and net new customers. The sales director will proactively provide oversight in sales motions to position the value proposition of all Infor technology & innovation solutions including Augmented Intelligence Service (AI/ML), Velocity Suite (includes Process Mining, RPA, IDP, GenAI, and Value+ automation catalog), and AI Agents/Agentic AI.
The sales director must have a passion for coaching technology sellers to develop compelling innovation stories for manufacturers, distributors, food & beverage, and retail/fashion accounts through the lens of customer outcomes and the economic benefit of digital transformation.
Responsibilities include attracting, hire, retain, and manage North America technology sellers and provide managerial guidance allowing the team to exceed established bookings targets. Additionally, execute marketing plans with Infor solutions marketing, business development representatives, and industry selling teams. Develop collaborative working relationships with industry FLM’s and North America leadership.
Requires travel up to 50%.
