Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Hacker to join our dynamic digital marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies across various digital channels including website optimization. You will be a key player in driving user acquisition and lead conversion, with a focus on rapid experimentation and measurable results. You will be responsible for driving traffic through new initiatives and generating quality leads for the sales team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies: Identify opportunities for growth across various digital channels including Organic search and content marketing.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaigns and identify the most effective strategies. Continuously test and iterate on different approaches. 
  • Ensure end-to-end data tracking to enable data driven decisions and optimizations. 
  • Track, analyze and report on KPIs to measure success of growth initiatives. 
  • Use data to inform decision-making and identify areas of growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and shareable content that drives traffic and lead conversion. 
  • Should have hands-on experience of SEO, website optimization, CRO, email and content marketing. 
  • Work closely with other teams including internal digital marketing teams and external product marketing and sales teams to align growth efforts. 
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends and technology updates in growth hacking and digital marketing.  

Skill & Experience Needed

  • 9-12 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of growth hacking.
  • Hands-on experience of digital marketing channels including SEO, Content marketing, Website optimization..
  • Proficient in data analytics tools like Google analytics, Amplitude, Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
