Discovery Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Propound Discovery
• Respond to Written Discovery (Form Rogs, Special Rogs, Request for Production of Documents)
• Draft subpoenas and notice of deposition.
• Draft complaints, answers, and various pleadings.
• Gather, organize, and prepare evidence to be used at trial or hearing.
• Prepare legal documents for filing in civil cases.
• Communicate with other law professionals to share information about a case and to schedule hearings or trials.
• Contact witnesses and schedule testimony or depositions.
• Perform legal research.
• Interview witnesses about their testimony.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
