Dispatch Executive

We’re looking for Dispatchers for afterhours and for the main shift with strong skills in dispatch operations, load booking, and load planning and overall dispatch.

Key Requirements:

• Must know dispatching inside out, especially load booking & planning during the mentioned hours (06:30 PM-3:30 AM ; 01:30 AM – 10:30 AM)
• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience
• Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with dispatch tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor dispatch operations.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and field teams
• Resolve operational issues in real-time
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and customer satisfaction
