Dispatch Incharge

Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for Dispatch In-charge. Female candidate preferred.

This role ensures timely, accurate, and secure dispatch of our panels, coordinating Production, Sales, logistics and warehouse teams, and maintaining documentation and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong leadership skills, and is familiar with dispatch operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the dispatch and loading of finished control panels and accessories, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
• Verify and cross-check dispatch orders against production and packing lists for accuracy.
• Assign daily tasks to loading staff and coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory management related to dispatch.
• Monitor the condition and packaging of control panels to prevent damage during transit; enforce proper packing standards.
• Schedule and liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive dispatch records, including bills of lading, delivery notes, and dispatch invoices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during loading and dispatch operations.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, delays, or damages proactively and communicate with relevant internal departments and customers.
• Generate and submit dispatch performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Train, supervise, and motivate dispatch and loading staff, ensuring team productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to plan dispatch schedules based on production output and customer deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
