Dispatch Manager

Job Title: Manager – Dispatch

Location: Haridwar
Experience: 12–15 Years
Salary: ₹60,000-65,000 CTC per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Dispatch to oversee and manage all dispatch and logistics operations from our Haridwar facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in dispatch management, transportation coordination, inventory control, and team leadership to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way Bill, LR, Packing List, etc.).
• Manage transporters and optimize freight cost.
• Monitor vehicle tracking and ensure safe and timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain stock accuracy and implement FIFO practices.
• Handle manpower planning and supervise dispatch staff.
• Maintain dispatch MIS reports and submit periodic updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in dispatch / logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, transport coordination, and documentation.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
