Dispatcher

We are looking for a fast, precise, and highly organized Dispatcher experienced in handling fresh food products and managing high-volume daily orders.

- Role Overview

A key position responsible for accurate packing, smooth dispatching, and following up on 100+ orders per day with perfect timing and presentation.

- Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate 100+ fresh-food orders per day
• Pack and prepare high-end, premium products with precision and speed
• Ensure orders are complete, clean, and professionally presented
• Follow up with drivers until every order is delivered
• Plan routes and manage timing across all Kuwait areas
• Work closely with the kitchen and call center to prioritize orders
• Maintain a clean workstation at all times
• Handle urgent orders and last-minute adjustments efficiently
• Track orders through delivery companies.

- Requirements

• Fast, accurate, and not heavy/slow in movement
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience dispatching fresh food products
• Excellent knowledge of all Kuwait areas
• Familiarity with delivery platforms and logistics
• Can work under pressure during peak hours
• Reliable, responsible, and efficient
• Previous dispatching experience is a strong advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD150.000 - KD200.000 per month
