Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the dispatching of customer orders, managing delivery drivers, handling customer queries and complaints, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch daily orders and ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Supervise and manage all delivery drivers and their routes.

Monitor driver performance and provide necessary support or corrections.

Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Actively respond to the call center group and coordinate as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD220.000 - KD250.000 per month
