Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned areas and product lines.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, garages, and service centers to expand Mannol Oil’s market presence.
- Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection from distributors and retailers.
- Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability at distributor and retailer points.
- Collect and report market intelligence — competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, field visits, and territory achievements to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising of Mannol products at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth execution of sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Diploma or Bachelors Automobile or mechanical or any related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in automotive lubricants, spare parts, batteries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of automotive oils and lubricant products.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
- Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
