To promote and sell our brand products through distributors, retailers, workshops. Ensuring effective market coverage, product visibility, and sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned areas and product lines.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets, garages, and service centers to expand Mannol Oil’s market presence.
  • Ensure timely order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection from distributors and retailers.
  • Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability at distributor and retailer points.
  • Collect and report market intelligence — competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, field visits, and territory achievements to the reporting manager.
  • Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising of Mannol products at retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth execution of sales operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Diploma or Bachelors Automobile or mechanical or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in automotive lubricants, spare parts, batteries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Sound understanding of automotive oils and lubricant products.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • New retailer / dealer additions in assigned territory.
  • Improvement in sales volume and product visibility.
  • Payment collection efficiency and order fulfillment rate.
  • Quality of customer relationships and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
