Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Division Manager – Home Automation to lead, grow, and elevate our smart home and building automation division across the UAE. This leadership position combines strategic business development, operational excellence, and technical innovation to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of commercial acumen, technical expertise, and proven management experience to position the division as an industry leader in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Home Automation Division encompassing sales, operations, project management, installation, and technical support functions.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery—ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
• Drive business development initiatives: identify, pursue, and secure new projects while managing key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and introduce innovation.
• Implement and monitor operational standards, quality processes, and performance KPIs across all functions.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure sustained division profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration, capability, and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Automation, or Business Management; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Home Automation, Smart Home, AV Integration, or Building Automation within the UAE.
• Proven leadership record in managing divisions, business units, or large-scale technology projects.
• Strong technical expertise in home automation systems, IoT, BMS, AV solutions, and integrated smart technologies.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sales, operational management, financial planning, and P&L accountability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of UAE market dynamics, client requirements, and local regulations.
• High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
