Division Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient marine workflows.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and administrative teams to achieve divisional and organizational goals.
• Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
• Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the marine, shipping, or logistics industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operational projects.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Proficiency in operational management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Transferable residency (VISA 18 Regular).
• Age not more than 50 years old.
• Physically and mentally fit to handle operational challenges.
• Demonstrated success in managing marine or industrial operations.
