Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient marine workflows.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and administrative teams to achieve divisional and organizational goals.
- Prepare and present operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
- Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the marine, shipping, or logistics industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and operational projects.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Proficiency in operational management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a dynamic environment.

- Transferable residency (VISA 18 Regular).
- Age not more than 50 years old.
- Physically and mentally fit to handle operational challenges.
- Demonstrated success in managing marine or industrial operations.
