  • Undertaking Project Administrative Responsibilities Invoicing & Reporting Liaising with clients, setting up meetings,
  • IN charge of Minutes of meetings, writing, interpreting, and distributing as well as maintaining basic financial data of a project.
  • Ensures that the flow of information of all parties involved is rigorously maintained.
  • Compiling monthly reports for projects is in essential part of the function.
  • Addition to customary document control tasks and skills (document management, filing/archiving, MS office proficiency, etc.
  • Monitors proposals content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria,
  • and technical specifications.
  • Proposals review / comparison / evaluation. Contracts/Agreements preparation/proof-reading.
  • Preparation of Tracking of consultants'/contractors' payments against contract agreements.

SKILLS-SET NEEDED

  • More than 5years of experience a similar position.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Document control software knowledge is needed.
  • Self-Discipline and Organization skills are required.
  • Multitasking and the ability to coordinate among many parties is needed for the role.
  • Technical background / experience (project management/development consultant)
  • Advanced skill/use of ACONEX, E-portals, etc.
  • Preparation of presentation materials (an advantage).
  • Administers and organizes project construction documents and other development plans to always ensure ease of traceability and availability.
  • Receives, issues, logs, and updates al project related documentation (Tender Documents, Statutory Docs, Drawings, Specs., Data Sheets, etc.)
  • Ensures proper distribution of al the incoming &outgoing correspondences.
  • Prepares memos &emails as per instructions of the managers//directors.
