About This Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain all company documents efficiently. The role involves ensuring accurate filing, smooth document flow between departments, and compliance with company standards. You will support audits, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality, playing a key role in keeping our operations organized and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain company documents (digital and physical).
  • Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of invoices, LPOs, and delivery notes.
  • Track and update records for quotations, orders, and contracts.
  • Coordinate document flow with sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for document management.
  • Prepare and share timely reports and logs as needed.
  • Support audits and internal reviews with required documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in document control or administrative role (UAE or native country).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, scanning/PDF tools, and file management.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
