Role Purpose

The Domestic Outreach Manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with colleges and institutions in their region. The role focuses on conducting seminars, signing MoUs, and driving outreach programs to create a strong student pipeline. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in institutional sales, education outreach and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Institution Partnerships

o Build long-term collaborations with colleges, universities and schools.

o Sign MoUs/agreements for student outreach and engagement.

o Identify new institutions and expand MetaApply IE’s presence. Events & Seminars

o Plan and conduct student seminars, workshops and info sessions.

o Represent MetaApply IE at education fairs and institutional events. o Ensure strong student engagement and awareness.

Sales & Targets

o Achieve student admission and outreach targets for the zone.

o Convert institutional leads into active student enrollments.

o Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Share regular updates on outreach activities, conversions and pipeline.

o Provide feedback to management for improving strategies.

Candidate Requirements

8+ years of experience in education outreach, institutional sales or partnerships.

Strong network with colleges, universities and schools in the region.

Proven success in conducting seminars/events and achieving student enrollment targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Leadership experience in managing outreach/business development teams.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region/zone.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
