Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement domestic service strategies
  • Manage the authorized service network, monitor performance, and drive improvements
  • Plan and allocate resources for central service teams
  • Monitor and enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and uphold service standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Management and Planning departments
  • Manage service reports, KPIs, and budget targets
  • Oversee service-related accounting, spare parts, and logistics processes
  • Conduct training and audit programs for authorized service centers
  • Lead team development, performance management, and motivation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service management
  • Strong background in service network operations, planning, and budgeting
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and service management systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed
