Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement domestic service strategies

Manage the authorized service network, monitor performance, and drive improvements

Plan and allocate resources for central service teams

Monitor and enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance

Maintain customer satisfaction and uphold service standards

Collaborate closely with the Technical Management and Planning departments

Manage service reports, KPIs, and budget targets

Oversee service-related accounting, spare parts, and logistics processes
-
Conduct training and audit programs for authorized service centers
-
Lead team development, performance management, and motivation initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service management
-
Strong background in service network operations, planning, and budgeting
-
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
-
Proficient in MS Office and service management systems

Willingness to travel as needed
