Refuge Services is a Christian non-profit organization seeking an individual who shares our mission, ministry passion, and core values of helping others. We are looking for a personable, organized, and motivated team member with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Donor Engagement Officer will play a key role in expanding community awareness and support for Refuge Services. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners; coordinating fundraising events; and assisting with social media and marketing efforts. This position involves regular outreach and networking with individuals, businesses, and organizations to foster meaningful connections that support our mission.

• Friendly, relationship-oriented, and community-minded
• Comfortable working around animals (horse experience not required)
• Self-starter who is flexible, dependable, and motivated
• Proficient in social media and basic computer skills

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
• Public relations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
