We are looking for motivated professionals to partner with us as appointment setters. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys networking, connecting with entrepreneurs, and opening doors to new opportunities.

About the Role

You have one responsibility: make introductions between potential clients and BizWarrior.

  • You don’t need to follow up..
  • You don’t need to manage meetings or clients.
  • You just need to set meetings between local business owners and BizWarrior.

What you would do

  • Identify potential clients (brick and mortar small and medium local businesses).
  • Visit their location, try to reach the decision maker and present BizWarrior
  • Set up meetings between the decision maker and BizWarrior.

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, prospecting, and networking.
  • Ability to spot opportunities in your network or among new businesses.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • No prior sales experience required.
  • Willingness to do Door-2-Door sales is a must.

What We Offer

Interview Process

  • Initial pre-screening with a couple if questions via the Indeed chat.
  • Interview with BizWarrior’s founder, José.
  • Testing/Training phase:

3.1) If everything goes well on the interview, you’d have another call with José, where he will explain BizWarrior’s services and value proposition, as well as the sales approach.
3.2) You’d start by making commissions until you have brought in 3 real clients. For each converted client you’d get paid between $200-$300 depending on the service they acquired.
3.3) Once you’ve proven yourself capable of bringing clients, you’d get paid $100 per appointment set, whether they convert, or not.
