Digital Products and Services (DPS) is a well-established function poised to deliver all EY’s internal automation and Gen AI requirements. Aligned with the EY Global Delivery Services, we have a global remit to support automation for use in Core Business Services and GDS Functions. Operating out of GDS locations in India namely Trivandrum, Kochi, Bengaluru and Gurugram, we offer services to multiple time zones.

AI/ML and GenAI Developer JD for Intern level

The GenAI, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Developer is responsible for implementing solutions based on GenAI, AI and Machine Learning.

Position Summary

• Design and develop AI and Generative AI, AI Agents based custom solutions for our service delivery teams
• Work with other team members to implement and deploy generative AI systems into production.
• Monitor and manage generative AI systems in production to ensure that they are meeting performance and reliability requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for building, deploying, and managing generative AI systems.
• Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in generative AI and apply new knowledge to our work.
• Collaborate with other engineers, scientists, and product managers to develop and deliver innovative generative AI solutions.
• Define and implement best practises for software development
• Excellent computer skills - proficient in excel, PowerPoint, word and outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Ability to analyse and suggest solutions
• Strong command on verbal and written English language

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have an understanding and experience of Data science and Machine Learning using Python.
• Hands on coding experience in Python
• Experience with a variety of AI agents, generative AI models and techniques.
• Experience with deep learning models such as transformers.
• Experience with prompt engineering and Machine Learning optimization
• Experience with computer vision and Natural Language Processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch
• Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS
• Desired to have knowledge on any of container technology such as Docker
• Should be able to work with a multi culture global teams and team virtually
• Should be able to build strong relationship with project stakeholders

Data Engineer JD for Intern level

Position Summary

• Hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Analytics
• Hands-on experience in data warehouse or data lake development
• Experience in handling data in datastores Azure SQL/ T- SQL /SQL DW
• Experience in working with various types of data sources – flat files, JSON, DBs etc.
• Ability to build workflows and pipelines in Azure synapse analytics
• Fair knowledge of Spark, Python
• Fair knowledge on Data Warehousing and ETL concepts
• Experience in CI/CD, build automations for deployment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Power BI Developer JD for Intern level

Position Summary

• Visualize dashboards in Power BI by combining the arts of analytics and design
• Translate the design wireframes to dashboards connecting data from various databases in SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Excel sheets or SQL Server
• Uses standard applications, like Excel and Power BI for providing reports required and works on DAX functions and Power Query for calculations
• Understands and anticipates customer’s needs to meet or exceed expectations
• Works effectively in a team environment

Essential Skills

• Ability to design database architecture required for dashboards
• Good knowledge about Power BI, DAX, SQL
• Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications in SQL
• Good knowledge on statistical visualization techniques like charts, pivots, and their purposes
• Knowledge of RDBMS and data analytics platforms
• Understanding of testing and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent proactive communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Microsoft Power BI certifications preferred

Technology Strategy and Transformation: This role is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in Digital strategy and digital transformation. The intern will undergo structured training in IT consulting, digital transformation frameworks, and emerging technologies, while supporting project teams in research, analysis, and documentation. This role provides exposure to digital strategy, business transformation, and innovation initiatives, preparing the intern for a future Digital Strategy or Transformation Consultant.

• BE - B. Tech / (IT/ Computer Science/ Circuit branches)
• Should have secured 60% and above
• No active Backlogs
