Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional who can prepare detailed drawings, create 3D visualizations, and calculate finishing quantities from architectural drawings.

The ideal candidate should have experience in both technical drafting and visual presentation, as well as a solid understanding of finishing material estimation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD or Revit

Develop 3D visualizations/renders of proposed designs using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar software

Review architectural and interior drawings to calculate finishing quantities (paint, tile, plaster, ceiling, flooring, etc.)

Deliver a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and measurement summary

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion

Understanding of finishing materials and construction drawings

Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation

Ability to interpret design intent and produce realistic 3D renders

Attention to detail and accuracy
