Draftsman Structural

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Structural Shop Drawings

Develop accurate and detailed structural shop drawings in accordance with IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and specific project requirements.

• Interpret Architectural and MEP Drawings (Plus)

Review and understand architectural and MEP drawings to ensure full coordination and eliminate clashes in structural detailing.

• Create Reinforcement Details

Produce detailed reinforcement (rebar) drawings and bar bending schedules for all structural elements in compliance with design and specification standards.

• Use Revit Structure Effectively

Model, detail, and coordinate structural elements using Revit Structure, maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to project standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Revit Structure for structural drafting and detailing.
• Excellent knowledge on BIM Software Revit
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction practices.
• Ability to coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, MEP).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
