• Principal Accountabilities
  
• Develop shop drawing and joinery details based on Architectural and ID drawing.
  
• Coordinate with the Engineer, consultant and engineering head to obtain clear concept of works
  
• Create detailed CAD drawing for production.
  
• Coordinate with Factory Manager to understand the needs.
  
• Communicate with the external manufacturers to understand needs.
  
• Work hand in hand with engineering coordinator including site and production team, to produce correct detailing and information on the drawing.
  
• Check and verify his own drawing, prior to final checking and approval by engineering head.
  
• Take site survey and templates.
  
• Manage own workload.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture
  
• Minimum 3 Years experience in joinery works.
  
• Knowledge of joinery detailing.
  
• Experience in reading and interpreting architectural and ID drawings.
  
• Good communicating skills.
