We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior fit-out works including layouts, joinery details, ceiling, flooring, partitions, and MEP coordination.
• Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings and 3D visuals (if required).
• Coordinate with the design team, project managers, and site teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Prepare and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, designers, and consultants.
• Maintain drawing logs and ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project timelines.
• Perform site visits to gather information and produce as-built drawings.
• Assist in preparing material take-offs and BOQs based on drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a draughtsman in interior fit-out projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize design concepts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
