Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with its presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.
The incumbent is accountable to coordinate and participate in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, and delivery of the medical equipment by cross checking the specifications and quantity of the orders.

Policies & Procedures:
Transportation:
- Collect products from ports and deliver them to the warehouse
- Ensure accurate collection of documents and products from the warehouse for delivery.
- Transport and deliver products to various customer locations across the region as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Collect faulty products from customers and return them to the warehouse for servicing and necessary repairs.
Warehouse Coordination:
- Safely load medical equipment into the vehicle, ensuring secure transportation.
- Provide a daily work report to the Line Manager.
- Respond promptly to urgent requests from the Warehouse and adjust delivery routes accordingly.
- §Adhere to all Warehouse instructions, policies, and regulations.
- Submit an acknowledgment report, including the customer's signature, to the Document Control Executive upon successful delivery of the product.
Quality Check:
- Thoroughly inspect the items for quality and quantity, cross-checking them against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies to the Line Manager promptly.
Safety and Traffic Rules:
- Follow local traffic laws and regulations while driving safely.
- Use online maps to find the quickest routes.
- Keep an organized travel schedule, allowing sufficient time to reach the destination.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Regularly check and maintain the vehicle's fuel level.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, including coolant, engine oil, and other necessary repairs.
- Keep the vehicle clean in accordance with the Company Vehicle Policy.
- Update the vehicle logbook daily and verify it against the GPS driver log.
Ensure the timely renewal of both the company vehicle and personal driving licenses
Requirements:
Must have a valid UAE Manual Driving License
Minimum Qualification: High School Degree
Years of Experience: 2 - 3 years
