About Company: A leading NSE/BSE-listed real estate group invites applications for the following position in luxury commercial property, on the company's permanent rolls.

Position: Dy Manager - Technical Facilities
Job Location: Cochin, Kerala

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG/UPS, lifts, CCTV, fire safety, BMS, and related building systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory compliance, documentation, and audits.
• Oversee soft services—housekeeping, pantry, security, pest control, front office, waste management, and events—ensuring hygiene, safety, and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building teams; monitor SLAs/KPIs, negotiate quotes, and support CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Maintain asset records, AMCs, consumables, and spares; manage inventory, cost control, and timely replenishment.
• Serve as the central contact for FM operations, resolve escalations, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless centre operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Graduate in Engineering with 6 – 8 years of experience in technical and soft services—preferably corporate, commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, vendor & inventory management, compliance, and facility operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
