Dynamics F&O QA Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking QA Analysts with experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to support testing efforts across various functional areas. The ideal candidates will be responsible for creating and executing test scripts, performing manual testing, assisting in bug triage, and aligning test cases with overall test plans managed by the QA Lead. Experience with Leapwork for automated testing is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, document, and execute test scripts for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Perform manual testing to validate system functionality and business processes.
• Align test execution with test plans and strategies coordinated by the QA Lead.
• Assist with bug identification, tracking, and triage, working closely with developers and functional consultants.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts in Leapwork (any experience with Leapwork is a plus).
• Support regression, integration, and system testing efforts.
• Ensure defects are well-documented with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands-on experience with testing Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience in manual testing, test case creation, and execution.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
