Job Description – E-commerce Accounts Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Accounts Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities

· Account Management

· Manage seller/vendor accounts across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

· Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues.

· Handle order processing, returns, claims, and customer escalations.

· Sales & Growth

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

· Monitor product performance, pricing, and category trends.

· Drive promotions, deals, and campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.

· Product Listings & Optimization

· Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.

· Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance discoverability.

· Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and product catalog.

· Advertising & Marketing

· Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.).

· Analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

· Collaborate with the creative team for infographics, banners, and A+ content.

· Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.

· Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

· Track competitor activities and market trends.

· Coordination & Communication

· Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and design).

· Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities.

· Ensure smooth communication between operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

· 2–5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, listing optimization, and e-commerce operations.

· Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).

· Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and e-commerce analytics tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities

· Prior experience in consumer goods, FMCG, electronics, or lifestyle brands.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Creative mindset to propose new marketing and sales growth initiatives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
