Job Title: E-commerce Accountant

Department: Finance / Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager / CFO

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records for the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily transactions, sales, and payment reconciliations for e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage inventory accounting and stock valuations.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance with regular returns and filings.
• Liaise with external auditors for smooth audits and year-end closing.

Key Skills:

• E-commerce financial operations
• Accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP)
• GST & TDS knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce accounting or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
