E-commerce and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging E-commerce and Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good knowledge and experience on E-commerce, and the ability to effectively showcase and sell digital products.

Responsibilities:

-Primarily responsible for presenting and selling company products and services via e-commerce channels. This includes the management of multiple Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and other additional digital marketplace channels.

-Product management: Stabilized and gradually improved sales volume, conversion rate, and profit margin of old products by optimizing listing and controlling Acos/CTR/CR of advertising;

-Promotion of new products: Made promotion plans, wrote Listing, keyword optimization, promotional activities, internal (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.) and external(Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc) promotion, etc.

-Collect and analyze market conditions and competitors, analyze data and customize sales plans to maintain good operation of the store;

-Deal with the orders and various problems of the store, reduce customer complaints, and ensure the daily operation and sales of the store;

-Able to operate and increase store sales after completing assigned tasks;

-Contribute to team targets by accomplishing related tasks.

*Sales responsibilities

-Promote and sell cameras, lights, live streaming products, and related broadcasting equipment.

-Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications：

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, speaking Arabic is a plus.

-Experience in eCommerce operations or customer support for the eCommerce role.

-Must have strong analytics skills and be able to perform data analysis using Excel

-Must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and independent thinker.

-Have strong teamwork and influencing skills.

***Having sales experience will be a strong point, preferably in cameras, broadcasting, or live streaming equipment.***

Salary:

• AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 + Commissions
