Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales across multiple online platforms.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings, landing pages, and content for higher search engine rankings.
- Manage content creation for product descriptions, banners, blog posts, and social media channels to engage target audiences effectively.
- Oversee website content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness; generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM initiatives to maximize reach and ROI.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user flows, A/B testing landing pages, and refining calls-to-action for better engagement.
- Coordinate social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads via email marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that aligns with brand standards.
- Apply HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge to troubleshoot website issues, enhance functionality, and improve site performance.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content strategies for organic growth in competitive markets.
- Support B2B marketing initiatives by creating targeted campaigns aimed at business clients through tailored messaging and outreach strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices combined with hands-on experience in content optimization.
- Expertise in conversion optimization techniques including A/B testing, heatmaps, and user experience improvements.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating compelling visual assets.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and maintenance.
- Ability to run paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM tools.
- Analytical skills using Google Analytics or similar platforms to interpret data insights effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for troubleshooting website issues or customizing web pages.

- Strong copywriting skills for crafting persuasive product descriptions and engaging social media content.
