E-Commerce Associate

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational and technical sales background, excellent time management skills, and be fluent in English.

Duties:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies

- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging

- Manage inventory levels and product listings

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service experience:

- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

- Strong technical skills in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay etc.

- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns - a plus!
