E-commerce Catalog & Listing Executive

Miracle Hub is hiring for our esteemed client, a reputed fashion & lifestyle brand with strong marketplace presence, for the position of E-commerce Marketplace Executive (Myntra & Nykaa) based in Kadodara (Surat).

Role Summary

The E-commerce Marketplace Executive will manage day-to-day operations across Myntra and Nykaa marketplaces, covering product listings, catalog maintenance, inventory coordination, order processing, return/claims management, and reporting. This role requires strong marketplace experience, accuracy, and coordination with internal warehouse and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Myntra and Nykaa.
• Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, images, and attributes as per platform guidelines.
• Maintain catalog health, SEO optimization, and correct listing content.

2. Inventory & Stock Coordination

• Maintain real-time stock mapping across platforms.
• Coordinate inward/outward movement of inventory with warehouse teams.
• Avoid stockouts, overselling, and ensure inventory accuracy.

3. Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Track daily orders, dispatches, and delivery statuses.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Monitor SLA adherence and prevent penalties.

4. Returns, Claims & Dispute Handling

• Process returns, claim requests, and dispute cases on portals.
• Analyse return patterns and share insights with internal teams.
• Work towards minimizing return rates and operational losses.

5. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Maintain sales, return, and inventory reports using Excel.
• Share weekly/monthly operational insights with management.
• Track SLA breaches, penalties, and compliance issues.

6. Additional Support Activities

• Assist with planning sales campaigns, discounts, and promotions.
• Perform regular quality checks on pricing, listings, and brand compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing Myntra/Nykaa or similar fashion marketplaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Myntra/Nykaa Seller Panels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical & communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily operational workflows.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in Fashion/Lifestyle product categories.
• Prior experience working with a D2C or brand-side E-commerce team.
• Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced operational timelines.

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,548.19 per month
