E-Commerce cum IT Executive

Job Summary:

Spectrum Solar is seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce cum IT Executive to manage our online sales platforms and support daily IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, website maintenance, digital marketing coordination, and providing basic IT support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations:

Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and company website.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitor online sales performance, reviews, and analytics.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and SEO updates.

IT Support & Administration:

Provide technical support for office systems, networks, and software.

Manage and maintain company email systems, website backend, and data backups.

Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly.

Coordinate with external vendors for software, hardware, or web maintenance.

Ensure data security and IT compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations or IT support (experience in both preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office, website CMS, basic HTML, and image editing tools.

Familiarity with online marketplaces, digital marketing, and SEO.

Strong analytical and multitasking skills.

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
