We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online store, social media platforms, and marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling website management, online order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics. Expertise in packing, dispatch, and end-to-end e-commerce operations is a must.

Key Responsibilities:1. E-Commerce Website Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company’s website.
  • Ensure the website is updated with accurate product descriptions, images, and stock availability.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Work with developers to optimize the website for SEO and smooth navigation.

2. Marketplace & Social Media Order Handling

  • List and manage products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
  • Process orders received through the website, social media handles and marketplaces, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Track and resolve customer complaints related to orders, refunds, and replacements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run promotions and ads on social media.

3. Logistics & Packing Operations

  • Ensure all orders are properly packed according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Track shipments and update customers on their order status.
  • Manage return and refund processes efficiently.
  • Maintain packaging materials inventory and restock as needed.

4. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Implement effective storage and order fulfillment processes.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.

5. Customer Support & Engagement

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Ensure quick resolution of customer complaints related to orders.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms.

6. Sales & Analytics

  • Analyze online sales trends and create reports on performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales.
  • Track competitor pricing and promotions to stay competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or online store management.

  • Expertise in logistics, packing standards, and order fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time
