E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions and images
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team
• Track and manage orders, returns, and customer inquiries
• Optimize product visibility using SEO keywords and promotional tools
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and sales events
• Analyze platform performance and generate reports
• Ensure price accuracy and compliance with platform policies

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of online marketplace portals and dashboards
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic Excel skills and understanding of product data sheets
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, MS Office, or e-commerce CMS
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
